    whoosh..came back from ncc at ard..1+ i think..if im not wrong larh..wa..the training just now was somehow fun..n tiring too..lols..make us fall in in PT kit n did warm-up exercises..then make us change to half U..then did some foot drills, commands etc.Then make us change back to PT kit to do PT under the hot, burning sun at ard 11am to 12pm like that..(wah..those who wanna sun tan can go from 11am to like 3pm or 4pm..i tell u..HOT man..lols..xD)then did jumping jacks, sit ups, push ups n run ard the sch following the specs speed..wow..fun n tiring..Then after the PT, they give us 8 mins break n to change to full U again..n we change to full U is just because for the master parade..wah..then they bersuri us.but quite fun larh..when the PT was conducted..lols..xD.
